Surprisingly Millets(M), the main staple of ancient India lost its sheen to rice and wheat. Refined and processed foods have found its way to our homes, thereby leading to a depletion of nutrition levels. WHO estimate more than 2 billion people suffer from micronutrient deficiency globally. With falling health and pandemic related insecurities, people have reverted to eating habits once followed by our grandparents.
M’s are bridging the deficiency gap and providing nutrition security. These staples have high nutritive value and their consumption is extremely beneficial in the growth and development of our kids; also the health of our adults.
